Behaviour Support Practitioner – Contractor Role (Core and Above)

Our goal is simple: to help people build calm, confident, and connected lives through understanding, empathy, and practical strategies that actually work.

We're looking for a Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP) already registered at Core level or above to provide 1:1 support, develop person-centred behaviour support plans, and collaborate with families, schools, and support networks. This contractor role offers flexibility and autonomy.

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core level or above)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check
  • ABN, driver's license, and reliable transport
  • Qualification in psychology, social work, counselling, education, or a related field
  • Minimum diploma level qualification required
  • Experience supporting people with disability, neurodivergence, or mental health needs
  • Minimum of less than 1 year experience supporting people with disability, neurodivergence, or mental health needs
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
