Civmec's Sodium Cyanide Expansion Project in Kwinana is officially underway. We're operating Monday to Friday, with potential for night shift work, and we're looking for experienced Supervisors to join our high-performing team.

  • Scaffolding
  • Rigging
  • SMP (Structural, Mechanical and Piping)
The Role

The responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the safe and efficient execution of scaffolding, structural, mechanical, piping, or rigging activities on site
  • Coordinate and supervise assigned project tasks across multiple disciplines
  • Review and process material take-offs to support project delivery
  • Liaise with client representatives to address technical queries
  • Prepare and review documentation to support work execution and compliance
  • Support the development of as-built documentation, particularly for piping and structural installations
  • Organise and manage project testing and inspection requirements
  • Compile weekly progress reports and maintain accurate daily and monthly reporting
  • Update project schedules and timelines as needed
  • Ensure completion of field inspection checklists in collaboration with client representatives
  • Apply quality control procedures and uphold company standards for assurance
  • Maintain clear and professional documentation, correspondence, and records
  • Perform general supervisory duties as required to meet operational needs
     
About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in mechanical engineering or related trade
  • Working at heights and Confined Space
  • S26 Certificate
  • White Card
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in a similar role
  • Proficient knowledge in MS Office suite
  • Demonstrated experience working in the construction, mining and resource industries on large scale projects
