We are seeking a highly motivated Transport Supervisor to join a leading national transport and logistics company based in Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step up, work autonomously and join a company that is happy to train and support the right person.

Key Responsibilities

- Allocate and manage a team of drivers
- Act as the main point of contact on site
- Oversee and run the shift to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate weekend shifts on a rotating roster (with notice)
- Monitor compliance and fatigue management (training provided)
- Support a positive and safe work environment
- Utilise systems such as Container Chain or OneStop (training provided)

Key Requirements

- Previous transport or logistics experience is advantageous
- Fatigue Management Certificate preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Must have a Drivers Licence
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
