Our dedicated team of experienced landscape professionals drives our success, and we are now looking for a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to join our thriving team.

Position Overview: As Landscape Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, managing and motivating our maintenance teams across multiple sites. Your key duties will include the assignment of work tasks, priorities, and monitoring of team performance, planning, scheduling, and overseeing routine landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, pruning, weeding, spraying, hedging, and traffic management.

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the landscaping or related field.
  • Some turf management experience.
  • Basic irrigation experience.
  • Current drivers' licence.
  • Ability to develop and evaluate effective maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to plan, assign and direct the activities of your teams.
  • Excellent time management, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
