**About the Position**

The Cockburn Youth Centre is seeking a suitably qualified person to fulfil the role of Duty Supervisor in a part-time capacity for 54 hours per fortnight. This position is responsible for assisting with the effective day to day operation of Cockburn Youth Centre. The successful applicant will join a team dedicated to providing a high standard of programs and services to young people aged between 10 and 24 years at one of Western Australia’s biggest and best youth centres.

**About You**

You will be a youth services professional with a genuine drive to enrich the lives of young people. You will have a proven track record of engaging with young people from diverse backgrounds; including first nations young people, young people from CALD backgrounds and young people from diverse backgrounds.

You will have a great working knowledge of the Western Australian Child Safe Principles and ethical youth work practices.

Working closely with the Youth Centre Coordinator you will assist in overseeing a wide variety of operational aspect of Cockburn Youth Centre including program delivery and drop-in services.

**Salary**: $90,331 to $95,592, per annum, pro-rata depending on qualifications and experience
