Front Office Coordinator – Full-Time | Park Holme

Smiles Are Us – Park Holme is hiring a Front Office Coordinator to be the warm, organized, high-energy face of our busy and supportive dental team.

We're looking for someone who loves making people feel welcome, thrives on the details, and takes ownership of the front desk with confidence and calm.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing patient bookings, phone calls and reception workflow
  • Creating a calm, friendly first impression for every patient
  • Handling payments, claims, and daily admin tasks
  • Supporting the team so the clinic runs like clockwork
  • Optional: Assist with social media or SMS marketing if you're into that

Who We're Looking For
  • Bubbly, proactive and detail-oriented
  • A team player who loves helping others
  • Calm under pressure and confident at the front desk
  • Dental admin experience is a bonus
  • Experience with EXACT software = even better
  • But training is provided for the right person
