AZeta Real Estate aim is to deliver exceptional services and experiences to all their owners for their investment property.We are now looking for a motivated Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team and take ownership of our digital presence and creative direction.About the RoleThis is an exciting, hands-on position suited to someone with a passion for real estate, content creation, and digital marketing. You will manage our marketing strategy end-to-end — from concept to execution — and help us stand out across all platforms.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating high-quality marketing content including photos, videos, and social media campaigns.
  • Managing and growing our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Producing professional real estate photography and short-form video tours for listings and brand content.
  • Designing engaging digital and print materials (flyers, brochures, banners, and EDMs).
  • Managing advertising content on property portals and online platforms.
  • Developing and executing content calendars and marketing strategies.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights for continuous improvement.

About YouYou're a creative, self-driven marketer who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. You bring ideas to life through visuals, storytelling, and data-driven marketing.Key skills and attributes:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) or Canva.
  • Experience in photography and videography (shooting and editing).
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing and current digital trends.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creative presentation.
  • Mandarin speaking preferred (not mandatory).
  • Previous experience in real estate marketing is highly regarded but not essential.
