We're looking for an inquisitive and solutions focused team member to support our customer experience We have a great opportunity for a Support Service Coordinator to join our high performing Service and Supplier Operations team
As an eCommerce industry leader, this role is a terrific stepping stone into a career with continual development in a fast-paced and exciting environment Our Support Service Coordinator responsible for liaising with our suppliers and repair centres, acting as a conduit to support product repair and maintaining and monitoring our spare parts inventory. A strong attention to detail and love for Excel is key, as they strive towards an effective resolution for our customers

Please note, due to the nature of work involved in this role, this will be an on-site position with one day per week (Wednesday or Thursday) onsite at our repair partner in the Western Suburbs.
In this role you'll be responsible for:- Regularly and accurately maintaining our spare parts inventory, ensuring we have suitable in stock levels and highlighting any risk
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with our suppliers and repair centres, acting as a key liaison to support the repair process
- Performing key administrative tasks and data entry with a high level of accuracy and efficiency using various systems including Salesforce and Excel
- Working effectively and collaboratively with the Service and Supplier Operations team to achieve outcomes, including maintaining a safe work environment
- Supporting with deliveries, including the loading and unloading of courier vehicles and goods
- Collaborating with other departments to support the resolution of customer claims
- Ensuring that the Workshop area is maintained, kept clean and free from any Occupational Health & Safety hazards.
- University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce or similar)
- Previous experience in administration and data entry will be highly regarded
- An exceptional problem solver with strong attention to detail
- An effective communicator, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
- Tech-savvy and have an ability to use various cloud-based tools in daily work to improve efficiency and productivity
- A whiz with Microsoft Excel (we're talking VLOOKUP and pivot tables, not SUM and AVERAGE - and we will test your capabilities)
- Comfortable building and maintaining effective relationships, through exceptional communication and engagement
- Ready to challenge, be challenged, and work within our highly disruptive business model.
