Position Summary

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring the on time and in full delivery of stock. This varied role will support the organisation in carrying out supply chain related activities, including but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities


• Managing inventory by ensuring stock on hand is accurate at all times


• Managing inbound stock movements, ensuring all goods receipts are transacted accurately, and in a timely manner


• Planning and coordinating outbound stock deliveries, including scheduling, costings and liaising with carriers


• Inventory reconciliation through data analysis including stock-take


• Administration and reconciliation of invoices


• Production entry and reconciliation


• Liaising with co-manufacturers and suppliers


• Managing and reviewing offshore resource work for supply chain tasks


• Provide support to the Sales team with reporting as follows:

  1. Sales trend analysis: Analyse sales data to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  2. Forecast review: Support sales forecast reviews, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
  3. Customer order plan analysis: Review customer order plans against forecasts to identify gaps and support proactive stock and demand planning.
  4. Customer sales insight analysis: Generate insights from customer sales data to support business reviews, promotional planning, and growth initiatives.
  5. Ad hoc sales team support: Assist with ad hoc reporting, data analysis, and general sales support tasks.
