Senior Estimator – HVAC (Lagging) Industry

Total Insulation Australia Pty Ltd is a national leader in mechanical insulation and cladding, with over 40 years of expertise and a strong pipeline of projects across healthcare, commercial, data centres, and major infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced 
Senior Estimator
 to join our team in Braeside.

In this role, you'll manage tenders from start to finish, prepare accurate cost estimates, analyse drawings and specifications, and liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing. You'll also mentor a junior estimator, support smooth handover to project teams, and play an active role in business development by helping the company secure more projects post-tender.

Experience with managing complete tender processes from initiation to completion is essential for this position.

We're looking for someone with proven experience in HVAC or insulation estimating, strong knowledge of ductwork, pipe insulation and cladding, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to deliver under pressure. 
Experience using Procore or similar project management platforms will be highly regarded.

A minimum of 4-5 years of HVAC or insulation estimating experience is required.
