Business Development Manager

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to take our trade sales to the next level. If you thrive on building relationships, love being out in the field, and want to sell a quality product that tradies actually need—this could be the perfect role for you.

About Us

Glass Outlet is widely acknowledged across Australia as a frontrunner offering an extensive range of products including wholesale glass supply, aluminium fencing/screening, balustrading, shower screens, and more.

Our focus is to provide complete range solutions to the trade only. This clear focus allows us to provide the best customer service and the highest quality products. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented individual who shares our commitment to excellence to join our team, based out of our Jandakot office.

Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients


• Working to the requirements of cyclic call structures and associated reporting and follow up.


• Assisting and quoting product to suit customer needs with a view to converting into sales


• Providing customers with up to date information on existing and new product ranges, delivery information, special promotions and customer product training.


• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to drive business growth.


• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market insights, and opportunities for improvement.

What we are looking for?


• Sales experience (preferably in trade, construction or building materials)


• A natural relationship builder who is confident, proactive and results driven


• Someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting people and making deals happen


• A valid drivers licence
