Role Summary
The role of the Business Development Manager is focused primarily on business development for a growing division of our organisation, our community aged care offerings. You will use your previous experience identifying and targeting potential new business within the aged, health and/or disability sectors to be the key force in driving business for our community aged care services, fostering growth opportunities and managing client relationships.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Connecting clients with funded home care packages to St Jude's Home Care services
- Writing business proposals, analysis reports and implementation plans
- Negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts
This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and is located out of our central office in Belmont.
Skills, Attributes and Experience
Our ideal candidate will have experience working within a complex service delivery sector (ideally healthcare/aged care/disability) and a proven history of being able to successfully grow the business by connecting potential clients to the services provided by their organisation. You will be extremely proficient at communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders/clients and pride yourself on being both ethical knowledgeable in conducting business.
Key selection criteria includes:
- Previous experience managing and maintaining a CRM
- The ability to perform market research, develop strategies and deliver costed service growth initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients as well as external and internal stakeholders
