The Alto Group is a family-owned and operated organisation with over 600 employees, which has been serving the motoring needs of Sydney sider's for over 60 Years.

We're about open Audi Alto Castle Hill, our brand new state-of-the-art facility which marks our 5th Audi dealership within the ALTO Group.

We are currently recruiting for our Audi franchise and we're looking for a New Car Manager. The next 12-24 months will be a very exciting time to be part of the Audi brand with many all-new models just released or about to be released including the Audi A5, A6, Q4 e-tron, Q5, Q6 e-tron and GT RS e-tron. There are also many new product improvements just arrived or coming soon with a refreshed Audi A3, S3, RS3, Q3, Q7, SQ7, Q8 and SQ8.

As the New Car Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead sales team to achieve targets (OEM & internal) through driving performance with training & development activities
  • Managing sales team customer enquiries and follow up
  • Responsibility in achieving New Vehicle sales budgets
  • Direct involvement in customer interaction (opening & closing of sale)
  • Responsibility of stock management
  • Management of online inventory, overseeing listing and compliance for best practice
  • Professionally representing the dealership and brand at all customer touch points
  • Strong collaboration with Finance & Insurance and Marketing departments to ensure overall business success
  • Ensure document and data compliance from sales department including maintaining records

The successful applicants will have the following attributes:

  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Self-disciplined and process driven
  • Energy and enthusiasm for people and the brand
  • High level of computer competency
  • A thorough understanding of 'the road to a sale'

To be successful for this position you will need to have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a prestige dealership.

An excellent remuneration package consisting of a retainer, commission and with option of car allowance or company vehicle. There is also the opportunity for career progression within the Alto Group who value growing and developing people from within.
