About the Role

Lansvale Motor Group is growing — and we're looking for enthusiastic, driven, and customer-focused New Car Sales Consultants to join our successful team. With exciting brands including GWM, MG, LDV, and Mahindra, you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the most in-demand vehicles on the market.

We are currently seeking a Hindu, Punjabi-speaking sales professional to specialise in Mahindra vehicle sales, supporting our growing customer base within the South Asian community. Your cultural understanding and language skills will help provide a more personalised and supportive buying experience for our valued customers.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Greet and engage customers in a warm, professional manner
  • Assist Punjabi-speaking customers with tailored product advice and support
  • Conduct informative test drives and present vehicle features
  • Build strong customer relationships through follow-up and trust-based service
  • Close sales confidently and achieve monthly targets
  • Stay informed about the latest vehicle models, promotions, and offerings
  • Work closely with the sales and finance team to deliver a seamless experience
What We're Looking For
  • Experienced in vehicle sales
  • Fluency in Punjabi (spoken) to support community based sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A friendly, respectful, and proactive approach to customer service
  • Passion for the automotive industry
  • Ability to work weekendsA valid Australian driver's licence
