About the role

This part-time Client Services Manager role at Allied Wealth offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading financial planning firm in the heart of Sydney. As Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client support and managing day-to-day operations, helping to ensure the continued growth and success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing high-quality client service and support, responding promptly to client enquiries and requests
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial planning documents and client correspondence
  • Maintaining detailed client records and ensuring all client information is up-to-date and secure
  • Liaising with financial advisers and other team members to coordinate client meetings and manage client activities
  • Handling general administrative tasks to support the efficient running of the office
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of client service and operational processes

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a client services or administrative role within the financial services industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in using financial planning software and Microsoft Office applications
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • A team player with a positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
