Speedway Liverpool is a busy service station providing fuel, convenience retail products, and quality customer service to the local community. We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee daily operations and support the continued growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the service station and convenience store

• Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive profitability

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring compliance with company policies

• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and reporting requirements

• Ensure workplace health, safety, and compliance standards are met

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently

Skills & Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role (service station or similar environment preferred)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Knowledge of stock control, sales, and budgeting processes

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet business goals

• Relevant qualifications in business, management, or (minimum Diploma level) are desirable
