Description of role:

Due to an internal restructure in the business an opportunity has arisen for a full-time Property Manager to join our Retail Projex Management Team. The Property Manager will be point of call and accountable for the day-to-day management of retail assets with a Diverse Portfolio across New South Wales with the support of experienced Property Managers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • All areas of Property Management to include lease administration, financial management and operations.
  • Maximising Asset net profit and revenue opportunities
  • Conduct rent reviews and facilitate rent renewals
  • Lease & Arrears management
  • Budgeting and Asset financial management to include accruals and reforecasting, controlling, and monitoring asset expenditure.
  • Build and maintain tenant and client relationships
  • Taking ownership in the management of the assets
  • Managing operations and contractors
  • Implement and maintain all operational risk management processes

Must Have:

  • Certificate of Registration and or working towards Real Estate Licence

  • Previous experience in property administration, including a thorough understanding of common retail leasing practices, legislation, procedures, and terminology

  • Prior experience in managing financial budgets and the accruals process

  • Have a strong client-oriented approach
  • Minimum intermediate level of MS Office skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organisational & prioritisation skills
  • Exceptionable strong communication skills both written and verbal
