Description of role:
Due to an internal restructure in the business an opportunity has arisen for a full-time Property Manager to join our Retail Projex Management Team. The Property Manager will be point of call and accountable for the day-to-day management of retail assets with a Diverse Portfolio across New South Wales with the support of experienced Property Managers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- All areas of Property Management to include lease administration, financial management and operations.
- Maximising Asset net profit and revenue opportunities
- Conduct rent reviews and facilitate rent renewals
- Lease & Arrears management
- Budgeting and Asset financial management to include accruals and reforecasting, controlling, and monitoring asset expenditure.
- Build and maintain tenant and client relationships
- Taking ownership in the management of the assets
- Managing operations and contractors
- Implement and maintain all operational risk management processes
Must Have:
- Certificate of Registration and or working towards Real Estate Licence
Previous experience in property administration, including a thorough understanding of common retail leasing practices, legislation, procedures, and terminology
Prior experience in managing financial budgets and the accruals process
- Have a strong client-oriented approach
- Minimum intermediate level of MS Office skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Organisational & prioritisation skills
- Exceptionable strong communication skills both written and verbal
