About the Opportunity:
In this role, you'll work closely with the General Manager and developers to secure land lots, package house-and-land deals, and expand our acquisition pipeline. You'll be the driving force behind sourcing and negotiating prime residential investments for our internal sales team to offer to clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the sales team to provide the right products for client investments.
- Staying ahead of residential housing trends and providing insights to the broader business.
- Building strong networks in the land development space to achieve strategic goals.
- Assisting in negotiating land and facilitating attractive house-and-land packages with developers and builders.
The Non-Negotiables:
- Previous experience in Business Development, in land & housing Markets – Nationally highly preferable.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and build mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, plus a drive to hustle and deliver.
- A relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely cares about the partnerships you create.
- Is hungry to succeed and go above & beyond to negotiate strong land deals
- You have a analytical & commercial mindset
