This role will be working alongside the CEO and the Executive Management Team assisting in day to day administrative and work tasks.
The responsibilities of the role include administrative duties at Board meetings, coordination of events, and liaison with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing communications on behalf of the CEO
- Organizing and planning meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes
- Conducting or preparing any research that the CEO and Executive Management Team may require
- Finalizing and presenting any research materials
- Assisting with calendar management and appointment setting
- Reviewing and editing documents, eg, proposals, engagement letters
- Organising team events/functions
- Assisting with calendar management and appointment setting
- Assisting with project work
About you:
- Experience in a previous PA or Business Adninistrator or business operations role
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong time management and organisation skills with the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines; and be able to respond rapidly to change
- Must be able to demonstrate strong administration skills; have the ability to work autonomously and with a high level of detail, efficiency, and accuracy
- Commitment to meeting high-quality standards
- Highly proficient ICT skills across several platforms; including Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong and proven communication skills - both oral and written
- Advanced level computer skills in a range of packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom, and experience in the use of database applications, the internet, and e-mail.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and liaise with people.
- Strong multitasker.
