We're seeking a full-time
Marketing & Campaign Coordinator
 to provide essential support to our national team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside industry leaders in a boutique, fast-paced environment, where your work directly impacts high-profile accommodation property campaigns across the country.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Director of HTL Accommodation, you'll play a key role in:

  • Coordinating national property marketing campaigns
  • Creating bespoke marketing materials using Adobe InDesign
  • Managing online listings, databases, websites and digital marketing assets
  • Liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless campaigns
  • Assisting with submissions, information memorandums, EDMs, reports, and due diligence
  • Handling general administrative tasks including invoicing, travel bookings, and CRM updates

What You'll Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confidence working to deadlines and managing multiple projects
  • Professional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign), Gmail & Google Drive
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Vault CRM and ActivePipe highly regarded)
  • Previous experience in a similar role and/or in property, hospitality or a related industry is a plus
