We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead marketing and branding across the PIA Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing strategy and campaign execution.
  • Build and protect the PIA brand across all channels.
  • Grow brand visibility and drive lead generation.
  • Create consistent, high-impact messaging across the group.
  • Build strategic partnerships to support growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in marketing (property/real estate preferred)
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Data-driven with a focus on performance and results
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, CampaignTrack, and CRM systems
