
Executive Assistant and Property Administrator

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office (5 Days per Week)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant & Property Administrator to join our Sydney-based team. In this role, you will support the operational, financial, and administrative functions of our property portfolio, including oversight of development projects, rental management, and settlements.
- Coordinate dual occupancy development projects and ensure timelines are met
- Liaise with real estate agents across multiple rental properties
- Assist with loan documentation and liaise with mortgage brokers and bankers
- Manage post-settlement activities, including key handover and rental listings
- Monitor the financial status of property-linked bank accounts
- Provide administrative and personal support to the director/manager
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) — essential
- Background in real estate administration or property development preferred
- Strong multitasking, organisation, and coordination abilities
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Experience handling financial reports and property documents is a plus
