About the Role

Are you highly organised, proactive, and interested in real estate? Join Freedom Property Investors as an Executive Assistant with a focus on property coordination and project support.

This is a full-time, onsite role in Sydney CBD — perfect for someone with a passion for property development, administration, and client coordination. You'll work closely with directors, real estate agents, property managers, and brokers across multiple projects

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support and manage personal admin tasks for company directors
  • Supervise and coordinate with property managers handling rental properties
  • Assist with duplex project coordination, including construction updates and utility management
  • Monitor property-related bank accounts and support monthly bank reconciliations
  • Support brokers in home loan applications, refinancing, and settlements
  • Prepare loan documents and liaise with mortgage brokers and bankers
  • Manage post-settlement processes: key collection, listing setup, and rental arrangements
  • Ensure timely, professional communication across teams and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken & written)
    is essential
  • Background in
    real estate, property administration, or development
    preferred
  • Strong coordination, time management, and communication skills
  • Experience with financial documentation or reconciliations is a plus
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks with confidence
  • Highly professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Willingness to undergo and pass a
    police check
