We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to bring passion, creativity, and consistency to our dynamic pub kitchen in the heart of Richmond.

About the Role

As a CDP, you'll play a hands-on role in ensuring our kitchen delivers exceptional dining experiences every service. Responsibilities include:

  • Running all kitchen section with confidence, including grill work.
  • Mise-en-place preparation and execution across all areas.
  • Supervising and training junior cooks.
  • Stock management and portion control.
  • Maintaining food safety, OH&S, and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborating with FOH to ensure smooth service.
What We're Looking For
  • Qualifications: Cert III in Commercial Cookery (minimum).
  • Experience: 3+ years in a similar role; confident on grill; experienced in high-volume kitchens
  • Skills: Knowledge of cooking methods, HACCP, and commercial kitchen operations.
  • Attitude: Punctual, professional presentation, organised, and passionate about food, teamwork, and consistency.
  • Availability: Evenings and weekends are essential.
  • Certification: Current Food Safety/Food Handler's Certificate.
