Toowoomba Welding Supplies (TWS) offers a wide variety of gases and welding equipment for use in a diverse range of industries and applications. TWS is a distributor of industrial and domestic gases for Coregas and supply and deliver throughout South East Queensland. We deliver on time, every time

The Role:
As an Internal Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and internal operations. You'll be responsible for handling sales enquiries, preparing quotes, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales and warehouse functions. This role offers variety, growth, and the chance to be part of a supportive and professional team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels and maximising sales opportunities.
• Respond to general phone and face-to-face sales enquiries
• Prepare accurate sales quotes and process orders
• Provide tailored solutions to both existing and potential customers
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Assist with warehouse operations including goods receipting, cycle count data entry, and filing
• Standard working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

About You:

• Demonstrated experienced in a retail, sales or customer service environment, ideally from a trades/industrial background.
• Demonstrated ability of working safely, being accountable, acting ethically, and treating everyone with respect
• Demonstrated ability to work well both in a team environment and independently
• Ability to undertake accurate stock counts and maintain high attention to detail
• Good computer skills and experience using POS systems.
• A background or interested in the industrial and/or welding industry is highly desirable. A driver's license and forklift license would also be beneficial.
