About the Opportunity

Our client, a long-established and highly respected national distributor in the print, packaging, and visual communication sector, is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join their team in Pemulwuy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio through structured outbound sales activity
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and product penetration across accounts
  • Build rapport and trust with clients through consistent follow-up and proactive engagement
  • Handle inbound enquiries and provide timely, accurate information and support
  • Collaborate with marketing to prepare proposals, quotes, and promotional materials
  • Maintain accurate customer data and call records in the CRM
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategies

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in telesales or customer-facing sales roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • High computer literacy and CRM experience
  • Positive, energetic attitude and a drive to exceed targets
  • Experience within the print, packaging, or manufacturing industries will be highly regarded
