RSM Australia is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Accountant to join our growing team in Geraldton.

You'll be part of a close-knit office of around 20 professionals, expanding as part of RSM's national growth strategy, offering strong career pathways and a genuinely supportive culture.

Whether you're stepping into your next challenge or looking to grow your experience with a national firm, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact locally while staying connected globally.

What you'll do:

• Prepare and review financial statements and clear work papers
• Prepare income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals
• Assist in preparing and reviewing BAS, IAS and other tax compliance matters
• Provide tax advice on GST, CGT, FBT and other areas
• Contribute to general business advisory and client engagement
• Collaborate with Partners and support junior team members
• Apply your understanding of the business environment and client industries

About you:

What you'll bring:

• A degree in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major
• CA or equivalent qualification (or working towards)
• Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and an analytical mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive, client-focused approach
