As our team continues to grow, we are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join us. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about problem-solving, has very strong SQL skills, and excels at proactively supporting customer queries. Key Responsibilities


• Strong SQL Expertise: Apply your advanced SQL skills to analyse data, troubleshoot issues, and deliver insights that support business processes and product testing.


• Issue Investigation: Proactively investigate, resolve, and diagnose issues before escalating them to developers, ensuring problems are handled efficiently.


• Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, providing prompt and effective support and solutions.


• Work Instructions Development: Create comprehensive work instructions and documentation to build a knowledge base for AI and other users.


• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, team members, and customers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Who We Are Looking For?

We are seeking a hands-on analyst who enjoys engaging directly with analytical tasks, rather than delegating them. This is not a management role; we need someone eager to dive in and use their SQL expertise to find solutions.


• Minimum three years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on SQL and data analysis


• Previous experience with RFID asset tracking technologies, MySQL, RESTful APIs, and .NET is advantageous


• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail


• Experience in investigating and resolving issues prior to involving developers; a self-starter who seeks solutions independently, but not afraid to seek help from others with specific knowledge.


• Clear process for identifying issues and confidence in troubleshooting steps to reach solutions


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively supporting and engaging with customers


• Experience in developing work instructions and documentation for knowledge bases


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
