About the Client

We are working with a reputable Melbourne-based law firm with a thriving Family Law practice. They pride themselves on providing exceptional service and compassionate support to their clients navigating complex family law matters.

The Role

In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in the continued growth of their Family Law practice. You will:

  • Manage a diverse caseload, including divorce, separation, property settlements, child support, and parenting arrangements.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, providing clear and empathetic guidance throughout the legal process.
  • Represent clients in mediations, negotiations, and court appearances, demonstrating strong advocacy skills.
  • Develop and mentor junior lawyers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the Family Law practice, with potential for partnership opportunities.

  • An accredited Family Law specialist.
  • A proven track record of success in achieving positive outcomes for clients.
  • A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong negotiator and advocate, comfortable representing clients in all family law forums.
