The Role

We are looking for an Office Services Manager to manage the delivery of Office Services and Facilities Management for our Sydney, Newcastle and Griffith Offices.

The role will ensure the delivery of facilities services to the firm including premises management, processes, policies and procedures to meet the needs of the business.  It will also oversee the delivery of office services and administrative services to the firm through management of the Front of House and Office Services Teams.

This role will be based in Newcastle but will require travel to the other offices.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide operational leadership, manage and direct efforts to maintain a high level of building presentation,;

· Ensure optimal operational of building plant and equipment across the Sydney, Newcastle and Griffith offices;

· Oversee all procurement activities from external suppliers ensuring all technical, risk and statutory requirements are met including maintenance of service register and negotiating cost-effective contracts;

· Manage office services and catering supplies inventory including preferred supplier list

· Assist with the coordination of internal firm events and meetings including allocation of rooms, set-up of IT equipment, catering and team resourcing;

· Oversee maintenance of office information including contact book, headcount report, office map, organisational structure, nameplates and other documents or equipment as required;

· Supervise and develop working relationships with service centre and concierge teams maintaining a team environment and enhancing overall service delivery standards; ability to provide cover as required.
