Your New Team & Role

As our Manufacturing team continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Process Quality Controller for the night shift. This role, reporting to the Quality Coordinator, forms part of our high performing Manufacturing team and is responsible for conducting regular checks and confirm whether the process parameters & operational changes meet the standards defined by the organisation to cater to the customer's Quality requirements, record the detection status, and carry out necessary control and supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain records of the inspection process to ensure traceability and documentation of quality control activities by keeping accurate records to track inspection results, identify trends, and demonstrate compliance with quality control requirements.
  • Track and review corrective and preventive actions taken to address quality issues by systematically monitoring the implemented actions to be able to verify their effectiveness and identify opportunities for further improvement.
  • Complete manufacturing process inspection routines as defined in the Quality Control Plan and ensure products are manufactured as per the given specifications.
  • Ensure the manufacturing process is compliant with ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements & raise non-conformity reports in case of a violation
  • Support in internal/external audits by providing accurate process records & QMS documents.
  • Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement process improvements.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Quality Assurance / Control role preferably within Manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, manufacturing plant and equipment.
  • Experience in handling measuring equipment and calibration.
  • Certification related to Quality Control tools and application
  • Unlimited Australian working rights
