Our client is a leading Australian manufacturer of ladders, committed to delivering high-quality, Australian-made products. They are currently seeking a Quality Control Officer to join their team at the Rowville site.

Focused on quality and setting the benchmark in their industry, we are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, a keen eye for accuracy, and a proactive approach to maintaining high standards.

DAY SHIFT

Monday to Friday | 7:00 am – 3:00 pm

Ongoing casual work with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.


Duties:
  • Perform quality control checks on completed ladders using established checklists
  • Ensure all components are correctly assembled and meet safety/quality standards
  • Clean and label platform ladders prior to dispatch
  • Final inspection of Fall Control extension ladders
  • Support final QC tasks including visual inspection, minor adjustments, and sign-off
  • Complete basic documentation/checklists as part of the QC process
  • Work closely with the assembly team to identify and report defects or rework needs

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a quality control or inspection role, ideally in manufacturing
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on role and within a factory environment
  • Physically capable of manual handling up to 25kg
  • Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records
  • Your own car and valid driver's licence
  • Available to work Monday to Friday on an ongoing basis
