The Lumi Health team provides world-leading reproductive genetic screening services to couples across Australia. We aim to make carrier screening services simple and easily accessible to help support informed reproductive planning. We are dedicated to improving the lives of our customers through innovative products and services and are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Customer Service Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer support: Our customer service team are the first point of contact for all customer inquiries via phone and email. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide information about Lumi Health products and services.
  • Administrative tasks: Manage and maintain customer records, process orders. Support our customers to meet with our clinical team. Update customer information in our systems with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Data entry: Keep patient records accurate and up to date, completing data entry into CRM and other platforms as required
  • Product knowledge: Gain and maintain a deep understanding of all Lumi Health products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, clinical, marketing and technical teams to address customer feedback and improve processes.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions.
  • Feedback resolution: Investigate and resolve customer feedback in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in medical administration, especially reproductive or women's health, is highly desirable.
  • Quick learner with a growth mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in using various software platforms and other office productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A compassionate and supportive demeanour, with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday (can be school hours). Minimum 3 days in the office in South Yarra with the team.
  • Must have Australian working rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check.
