Are you a highly organised, systems-savvy professional with a passion for supporting healthcare teams and improving customer experience? We are seeking an Allied Health Administrator to play a pivotal role in the smooth and efficient operation of our growing practice.
This is a dynamic role that supports clinicians, customers, and leadership through effective scheduling, system optimisation, and governance oversight. You'll be instrumental in maintaining service quality, supporting team cohesion, and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of our allied health services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management Support: Ensures seamless day-to-day operations across clinic, community, and Telehealth services through effective scheduling and customer coordination.
- System Ownership: Leads optimisation of operational platforms, driving improvements through training, workflow documentation, and system enhancements.
- Team & Clinical Support: Provides essential administrative support to clinicians, ensuring accurate appointment allocation and assisting with governance tasks.
- Compliance & Governance: Maintains regulatory compliance and supports clinical governance by monitoring licensing requirements and upholding professional standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Sound knowledge of allied health service disciplines and customer pathways.
- Qualification in Business Administration or similar (desired but not essential)
- Experience with intake and billing processes across NDIS, Medicare, and private services.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in operational systems and digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working across multiple time zones and remote teams is highly desirable.
- Compliance ready: Working with Children's Check, NDIS Worker Clearance
- Drivers licence
