The Opportunity

We're seeking an Onsite Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a maternity leave contract. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and contribute to the warm, supportive culture that makes Reliance Workforce special.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: screening, scheduling, negotiating offers
  • Provide exceptional candidate care throughout the hiring process
  • Stay current with industry trends and continuously improve recruitment practices
