The Role

As our Apprentice Support Consultant,you'll be the driving force behind our apprentices' success. You'll be the go-to person guiding our apprentices through every stage of their career journey. No two days will ever be the same — one moment you'll be interviewing eager new apprentices, and the next, you'll be celebrating their success stories

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Screening and interviewing potential apprentices.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition
  • Monitor progress and performance, checking in regularly to keep them on track.
  • Be the first point of contact for apprentices, offering guidance, support, and motivation.
  • Build strong relationships with employers, RTOs, and training partners.
  • Promote MAG through engaging social media content and community involvement.
  • Stay on top of administration, compliance, and reporting

Requirements:

  • Strong administration skills to ensure smooth operations.
  • Exceptional efficiency to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capability to handle apprentice issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Immediate availability to start making a difference.
