The Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated, has a strong trade background, and is looking to progress their career towards Construction Manager level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site operations across multiple residential projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
  • Manage and liaise with trades, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient site environment.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior supervisors.
  • Report directly to the Construction Manager and Directors.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven supervisory experience in residential construction.
  • Willingness to travel to sites south of the river.
  • Steel frame experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong trade base and understanding of construction processes.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Commitment to training and mentoring junior staff.
  • Ambition to progress into a Construction Manager role.
