We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to join our South team, who will benefit from:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A valid driver's license
  • A passion for construction and building
  • A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively within a team
  • A Trade background (preferable)
  • Prior experience as a construction supervisor
  • Diploma in Building and Construction (or currently working towards)

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing daily site and QA inspections
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Coordinating and scheduling trade and supplier activities
  • Managing trade interactions and ensuring accountability
  • Reporting job progress and maintaining construction quality
  • Upholding safety standards and promoting good work practices
  • Maintaining regular communication and feedback with office staff
