About the role:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our friendly and high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for streamlining operations while maintaining strong supplier and internal relationships.

You'll be responsible for developing and managing supply chain strategies that ensure efficiency, minimise waste, and support HFM's strategic and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the company's end-to-end supply chain strategy.
• Optimise inventory levels to meet production and customer demands.
• Source and procure raw materials and packaging in line with production forecasts.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align supply with operational needs.
• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S).
• Monitor and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.

Essential Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
• Highly organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across all areas of procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
• Proficient in supply chain and inventory management systems, with a solid understanding of ERP platforms and related software tools.
• Knowledge of supply chain risk management principles, including the ability to identify and mitigate potential disruptions.
