**About the role**

Reporting Stores Supervisor to the purpose of this position is to provide stores support to the business at both the underground and surface stores.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Providing a functional service to all departments by managing stock inventory resulting in mínimal downtime for other departments.
- Provide positive customer support to all departments on site as a first point of contact for end users who engage the supply department.
- Collaborating effectively with other departments and vendors to ensure goals and requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Ensuring accurate management of stock
- Warehousing tasks such as receipting and issuing completed in a timely manner ensuring a high level of accuracy is achieved.
- Actively contributing to Safe Start meeting and identify any safety concerns or improvements.
- Be responsible for the security and access to the EHM warehouse facility

**About you**:
To be considered for this role you must have /demonstrate
- Manual driver’s license
- High Risk Forklift license
- The ability to utilize time management skills to ensure required tasks are completed on time, accurately and to a high standard.
- Can follow and provide clear and accurate written and verbal communications.
- Be able to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all departments resulting in the understanding of the requirements and needs of end users.
- The capacity to recognise, address, and, if appropriate, hand over potential problems.
- Proficient in the use of CMS, MS office suite
