The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to work on a fulltime basis at our fast-paced kitchen, under the leadership of our Head Chef.

  • Oversee and manage a designated kitchen section.
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your section.
  • Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Assist with inventory control and stock rotation.

We're looking for;

  • Proven Italian cuisine experience as a Chef de Partie a similar high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical cooking skills and a passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Relevant qualifications in Culinary Arts or a related field
