About the Opportunity
We're opening our second venue, located within a beautiful retirement village, and we're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a meaningful culinary experience—preparing daily meals and special event menus for our elderly residents in a warm, community-focused environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and presenting high-quality meals with care and consistency
- Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Assisting with menu planning and special event catering
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality
- Contributing to a positive and respectful team culture
What We're Looking For
- 4–5 years' experience in a similar Chef de Partie role
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality food
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of a rotating roster
- Own reliable transport (essential)
- Available for immediate start
