We are on the hunt for a lead barista to join the team and lead the charge in our quest for delicious brews

At Spencer, we believe in great coffee delivered quickly. We are a small team who love to have fun and deliver high quality customer experience.

No ego, no hassle, just good humans and great coffee.

We've been in the industry for long enough to understand the importance of work/life balance, so no weekends, no public holidays and no nights.

We smash out busy services, so speed, consistency and experience in high volume are a must. We currently pump out 10-12kg per day.

If you can promise high quality and FAST coffee, we can promise a great work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
