We are seeking an experienced and professional Barista / Coffee Cart Supervisor to oversee operations of our premium corporate café kiosk located within the prestigious Collins Square precinct.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with excellent coffee skills, strong organisational ability, and a passion for delivering high-end service to corporate clientele.

• Operate a small but high-volume kiosk serving 20–30kg of coffee per week
• Supervise daily café operations, ensuring quality and consistency
• Oversee two kiosks: one staffed by 2.5 team members and another operated solo
• Manage stock control and inventory, ensuring wastage is minimised
• Complete rosters and wage management with a focus on efficiency
• Maintain a professional and presentable image at all times

• Experienced barista with excellent knowledge of coffee preparation and service standards
• Confident in leading a small team and setting daily standards
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage costs, minimise wastage and optimise rosters
• Professional, polished and guest-focused – able to represent the brand in a corporate environment

• Monday to Friday hours – static roster, no late nights, weekends or public holidays
