Looking for a full-time Head Barista/Manager to lead our small friendly team at our Specialty coffee cafe in Melbourne CBD. Mondays to Fridays Only, No Public Holidays

We are looking for a full-time Head Barista/Manager to work at our Specialty coffee cafe located at 720 Bourke Street, near Southern Cross Station.

The ideal Head Barista/ Manager applicants are someone who has,
- Broad knowledge of coffee, food and beverage.
- Ability to lead a small team, work efficiently, cleanly and well under pressure whilst multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills with the ability to build a strong rapport with peers and customers,
- Great work ethic, puncture, pay attention to details,
- Energetic, friendly, social, always greet customers with a positive vibe,
- Available Monday to Friday 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Intensive barista experiences, in a fast-paced café. ( We're pumping up 40 - 45kgs weekly)
- Familiar with Anfim, Mythos, EK43 Grinders as well as SanRemo coffee machine.
- Experience with Takeaway Food Venue is a plus

Responsibilities of the role include
- Coffee quality control
- Staff hiring and training, running staff breaks, upholding product standards, vibe control
- Stock management - coffee & essentials ordering
- Venue tidiness & organisation

Experience in a similar role is essential. We are ideally looking for someone with the intention to grow and sustain for the long term with a career in hospitality.
