About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking expressions of interest from skilled and safety-focused High Pressure Water (HPW) Technicians to join our high-performing teams on major shutdowns in 2026. HPW Technicians play a critical role in supporting specialised scopes, including High Pressure Water Blasting, Chemical Cleaning, Tank Maintenance and Cleaning, Specialist Cold Cutting and Confined Space Entry. This hands-on role requires experience operating and assisting with HPW equipment safely, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams across remote locations.

Point of hire: Perth (WA), Adelaide (SA), Melbourne (VIC), Sydney (NSW), Canberra (ACT), Brisbane (QLD), Darwin (NT), and Hobart (TAS)

Duties will include but not be limited to

  • Manual High Pressure Water Blasting
  • Tank head cleaning
  • High Pressure Water Cold Cutting
  • Wash pad Water Blasting
  • In-situ cleaning, including inside confined spaces
  • Operating and driving Vacuum Trucks
  • General manual labouring duties
  • Strong commitment to Work Health and Safety, including participation in safety documentation requirements
  • Ability to work effectively within a team while also being capable of working unsupervised
  • Supporting other crews and assisting wherever the team requires
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Depending on your tickets and experience, you may also participate in additional High Pressure Water Blasting and Vacuum loading duties

Requirements & Experience Needed

  • MSMSS Operate High Pressure Water Jetting System OR MSMSS Use High Pressure Water Jetting (essential)
  • Ability to work shift work (Day/Night/Weekends)
  • Construction Induction (White Card)
  • Working at Heights certificate (within 2 years - essential)
  • Confined Space Entry certificate (within 2 years - essential)
  • Gas Test Atmosphere certificate (within 2 years – essential)
  • Breathing Apparatus certificate (Highly desirable)
  • Current Drivers License (HR/HC/MC - highly desirable)
  • High Risk Work License – LF/Dogman/Rigger (advantageous)
  • Full Australian work rights.
