Alpha Supply is the leading supplier of Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC & R) products to the construction sector. Founded by two brothers with a passion for the HVAC & R industry, our mission is simple, in stock, on-site and on time, as it our commitment to our customers, make ordering simple. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to step into the role of Customer Service/Internal Sales. We are looking for a person who not only has the experience, but someone who has the right attitude and drive

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and developing customer relationships through strong customer service and a willingness to always exceed expectations
  • Supporting other colleagues in particular Internal Sales/ Customer Service roles.
  • Assist with Customer technical, account and sales queries.
  • Receiving phone sales enquiries & follow up with quotes
  • Perform all duties with a high attention to detail and with a quality customer service ethos.
  • Accurately pick and pack sales orders when required.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role/industry
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of customer service/sales experience is required
  • A 'work to complete the task' attitude rather than a person who works to a discrete time i.e. from time to time this role may involve extended hours or work.
  • Ability to work independently and as an effective, contributing member of the team.
  • A current unencumbered driver's licence.
  • Excellent Communication (both verbal and written).
  • Work quickly/effectively whilst maintaining quality standards and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position
