About the Role:
This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects from the office. You'll work closely with site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers, managing documentation, schedules, and compliance requirements to keep everything running efficiently.
Responsibilities Include:

Preparing and managing project documentation, contracts, and reports

Maintaining construction schedules and updating stakeholders

Coordinating permits, insurances, and WHS compliance records

Communicating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

Processing invoices, purchase orders, and site-related admin tasks
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in construction administration or a similar role

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Proficiency with systems like Office.
