The Opportunity
Our Dandenong branch is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Warranty Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide a high level of administration support for the Service team and ensure that all warranty claims are processed efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Manage the process of reviewing warranty claims and processing within established guidelines, policies and procedures
- Collaborating with the Service team to confirm claims and plan deliveries
- Monitoring progress of claims and proactively communicating updates to customers
- Preparing invoicing of work orders
- Ensuring all warranty claims, documents and contracts are correctly registered in the system
- Preparing information for internal and external warranty audits
Qualifications
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude with attention to detail
- 3-5 years’ experience as a warranty administrator is highly desirable
- Knowledge and experience of best practice warranty management
- Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel
- The ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A professional and customer-focused approach, dedicated to delivering total customer satisfaction
