The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our sales division. In this position, you will play a crucial role supporting the sales team and the administrative functions. Based in Forrestdale, this role will give you exposure to both Workshop and Sales Divisions within Hitachi.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Support the Sales Team (Maintenance of CE Sales Administration up to date)
- Maintain and update the CRM Database
- Process invoices, quotes and tenders
- Organising events and attend demos, workshops and sales meetings
- Demonstrate safety procedures and act with a sense of urgency
- A Current Driver's License (forklift license and experience will be advantageous)
- You will need to have a high level of interpersonal and organizational skills while being computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel and databases.
- A keen attention to detail is necessary, while previous experience in a construction or mining equipment sales department is not required, it would be an advantage
